Through fair and open procurement procedures, both parties commit to compliance, enhancing procurement efficiency and functionality while ensuring the quality of purchased goods.

With a firm commitment to the quality of Lusheng products, the company implements strict management standards and evaluation procedures for supplier selection, as outlined in the “Supplier Selection and Management Procedure” (P2-002). Suppliers are required to hold recognized international certifications, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, or demonstrate compliance with RoHS and REACH regulations. Microcosm also assesses whether suppliers comply with local labor laws, government regulations, and customer requirements, urging them to respect labor rights, maintain safe and healthy working conditions, and improve unfavorable labor practices.

Microcosm upholds high ethical standards in business operations and employee conduct. The company strives to create a zero-accident, safe working environment and implements green and environmentally friendly policies to continuously reduce operational risks. Suppliers are expected to align with Lusheng Technology’s commitment to environmental sustainability.

Supplier Selection:

  1. Supplier Management System Verification:
    To address environmental protection and occupational health and safety, suppliers are required to provide international certifications, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IECQ QC080000, or other recognized quality and environmental management system certifications. Suppliers meeting these requirements may be registered as qualified suppliers.

  2. Supplier Management:
    Suppliers are evaluated quarterly through the Supplier Quarterly Assessment (P3-003-004) based on Quality (Q), Cost (C), Delivery (D), and Service (S).

  3. Supplier Evaluation:
    Annually, suppliers undergo evaluation according to the Supplier Audit Checklist (P3-003-002). The assessment covers:

  • Maintenance and control of environmental, quality, and management systems
  • Design and development control
  • Supplier management and process control
  • Inspection and testing
  • Handling, packaging, storage, and protection
  • Delivery
  • Control of non-conforming products

Customer Relationship Management

1.The company emphasizes the marketing and labeling of its products and services in full compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and international standards. All necessary product certifications, including ISO 9001, QC080000, and UL Safety Certification, are obtained.

2.The company values customer feedback. In addition to individual visits, a contact form and email address are provided on the company website to ensure smooth communication channels. All feedback and complaints are handled with integrity, and responses are provided to safeguard customer rights.

3.Annual customer satisfaction surveys are conducted regularly to understand customer needs and provide comprehensive services.
