Microcosm Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 1996 and specializes in the research, development, manufacturing, and innovation of high-performance flexible printed circuit and functional polyimide materials for flexible and rigid printed circuit boards, semiconductors, and displays. With proprietary expertise in key material formulations, synthesis technologies, and specialized manufacturing, we provide advanced materials and solutions including colorless transparent polyimide, alkali-removable peelable PI materials, adhesive films, coverlays, flexible printed circuit boards, copper-clad laminates, and photosensitive polyimide (PSPI). 1996
Microcosm Technology Co., Ltd. was established.
1998 ~ 1999
Certified by UL in the United States and ISO 9001.
2001 ~ 2003
Established operations in Tainan Science Park and developed the core technology of ultra-soft thin-film materials.
2005
Listed on the OTC market (Stock Code: 3354).
Established a mass-production line in Suzhou Industrial Park.

Achieved IECQ QC 080000:2017 certification and formally became a halogen-free factory.
The 2-layer laminating flexible PCB substrate production line entered mass production, with ultra-soft double-sided protective film widely adopted in slim smartphones.
2012
Established the Advanced R&D Center.
Expanded development of transparent polyimide (Transparent PI) and photosensitive polyimide (PSPI) materials.
2021
Recognized among the top 20% of companies in the 7th Corporate Governance Evaluation conducted by the Taiwan Stock Exchange and Taipei Exchange.
