  • Equipment: Includes high-pressure gas-specific equipment, pressure vessels, high- and low-voltage electrical equipment.
  • Machinery: Includes forklifts and similar devices.

Regular Inspections and Reporting
  • Conduct workplace environment monitoring every six months according to the Labor Occupational Environment Monitoring Management Regulations and report results to authorities.
  • Regularly inspect elevators in accordance with the Regulations for Installation and Inspection of Building Elevators and report to authorities.
  • Annual inspection of high-pressure gas-specific equipment by a certified agency according to the Safety Inspection Rules for Hazardous Machinery and Equipment.
  • Annual inspection of fire safety equipment by licensed fire protection engineers in accordance with Fire Safety Equipment Maintenance Regulations and report to authorities.
  • Annual public safety inspections conducted by professional companies per the Building Public Safety Inspection and Reporting Regulations, with reports submitted to authorities.

Firefighting Equipment
  • Firefighting and emergency escape equipment are regularly updated and replaced.
  • Disaster prevention and protection plans are formulated in accordance with annual fire inspections.
  • Fire drills are conducted every six months.
  • The company maintains public liability insurance coverage.
